You need SP Flash Tools
Not SPRD flash tool.
Just use Web search and you will find:

The firmware I Linked here is the CORRECT firmware for the Prime SE

You can’t find a pac file for the Prime SE because it doesn’t exist.
It is not a Unisoc sprd watch.
It is MTK…
The Prime S with a 1.6" TFT screen is the only unisoc device Kospet released and it has a completely different chipset.

I’ve just read your other posts and related replies. They have received everything they need to solve their problem.
Just flash the firmware you received. Use the latest flash tool:
-Download MTK Flash Tool (all versions) - Mediatek Flash Tool
Select the “firmware update” option. If the flashing process does not start after connecting the watch, press and hold both buttons to start the flashing process.

I cant get the flash tool to recognize the watch….im thinking its because usb debugging is not ticked…so the computer and flashtool is not recognizing the watch….can you help me out?
USB debugging does not have to be activated for flashing.

Have you searched the error on hovatek website?
Looks like your drivers are no longer working correctly (re-install with driver signing disabled as described for the VCOM driver installation) or an issue with the USB port/cable/connection to watch.
Failing to open COM PORT is usually a driver problem.
