USB under “Connect” is greyed-out, any thoughts?

It is the cables, my suggestion is to use BT or wifi to transfer data.

Thanks, Dr., it was the cable. NOW, it won’t connect using Clock Skin Transfer (address is correct, but won’t connect)???

Common issue with CS transer . Reboot pc and watch and it will work :+1:
