My Kospet Prime 2 camera now works only when it flips at selfie position, camera (app) freezes and crashes as soon as it flips to normal front view position.
Did factory reset, but no fix.
It has the latest firmaware V1.4_20201031
Is this a indication of the camera lens cable broken ?
Please return the watch.
Kospet has a new policy where they will refund the return costs and seriously, if flashing has not fixed it then a replacement is the way to go.

Different problem.
This customer above had trouble with the ribbon cable between camera and the board.
