The screen acting like this is probably capacitance. As @droidtrix says.
If you have the watch on your wrist or hold the body with your hand… It should improve.
It’s a strange thing but the watch body to hand should be completing a kind of circuit for the touch to work properly…

when i go to settings-apps and notifications-permssion manager-activity then i cannot find heartrate monitor…when i go to setting - apps and notification manager and then tap on the heartrate app, and then tap on sensors, it takes me to a screen where there is one switch marked "sensors"wich is greyed out and cannot be changed…i would like to get it to work with the new functions in watchdroid…i can manually ask for a reading on the watch, but when i look in watchdroid i have ni readings even when background reading is on…
