Kospet prime 2 Bluetooth connectivity issue

Hi,

I received kospet Prime 2 watch yesterday.

Please help me to resolve below issue

Bluetooth pairing happening and suddenly disconnected from my Redmi phones and Bluetooth headsets. Watch Bluetooth setting shows my paired phones as earlier connected device but not able to do pairing.

You might think about installing the FAW firmware to make it work.

Current version in watch is d09_kospet_prime2_v2.1_20210517.

I heard Faw firmware version installable is not advisable. Please assist me.
