Kospet Optimus 2 Imei white/black list

I am planning to buy kospet optimus 2(had the prime 2 ,years ago and returned it due to a manufacturing defect).
anyway my question is: has anyone with optimus 2 had its imei blocked by his local mobile service provider after few months(90 days) from the first day of using a sim card in it?
some countries are actually implementing this policy and am worried about paying 180$ and ending with a wifi-only watch.
my worries are due to the fact that kospet imei,s are usually identified in a wrong way(example most optimus 2 imeis are identified as prime 2!) and on the other hand other lower quality full android watches(h18,vwar…etc) are checked as invalid imei!.
other famous brands Lte watches(huawei, samsung, pixel…etc) are usually checked properly on all imei check websites and they are not subject to the imei blacklist policy but i need a watch with a physical sim slot.

In what country do you live and where have you see IMEI blocked after 90 days ?

this policy is implemented in some countries as columbia, bangladesh, turkey, egypt…etc

and it also applies on some chinese multi-sim phones that used to have built-in analog tv…they all had their imei blocked.

Almost 15 smart-watches since more than 10 years and never had IMEI blocked…

We have the same policy here in Argentina, but it’s a 2-day trial lol, after that the local operators are required to block the IMEI from network signing if they are not registered within the ENACOM database

Thus this only has happened to me with these 8.1 watches (No biggie, just change IMEI with a broken phone that was already registered). My Optimus 2 was completely fine

so your optimus 2 skipped this 2 days trial grace period and its imei was and still not blocked??

and since you have the optimus 2, is 180$ an ok price for it if its in mint new condition 4gb/128gb version(seller says he got it a year ago used for few days then left it in the drawer!)??
