Can anyone help?

My Kospet Hope smart watch received 10 days ago, is permanently off. No screen responses Is there a reboot technique?

Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

did you install a watch face? did you delete one? if you turn on the watch it is only black screen or you see the logo?

Is the battery charged? What does it do when you connect the charge cable? If you have an inline voltmeter what does it show while charging?
