Kingwear KW88 No display

Hi,
I bought KW88 watch about 3/4 month ago, It was Ok and but suddenly I see that there is no display, I tried to be the charge but no charge no display, what should I do now? Please, someone help.

did the watch was damaged by any way? did you open to see that everything inside is ok? if yes, flash it with the latest firmware and see if it fix the problem if not you have a hardware problem.
