A little over 2 years ago, I posted a clockskin of a watch made by Johannes Kallinich, a young German watchmaker employed by A. Lange & Sohne pursuing his certification as a Master Watchmaker. Having achieved that certification, he and an associate have since resigned from A. Lange & Sohne to start their own watch company, Kallinich Claeys. The “EINSER” will be their first watch model produced. It is currently in prototype stage with a planned production run of 30 units.
