My Kospet Watch just stopped charging for no reason. The only change i did to my watch was install a new watch face. i dont believe that would cause it to stop charging. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Power off the watch and then try to charge it. Also check the cable and see if you measure a voltage on the pogo pins.

Is your battery depletes faster (if it’s not already depleted)? If yes, maybe the installed watchface has some endless loop issues (which means 100% processor usage), so you could try to uninstall that watchface. If that doesn’t help, you can try to do a factory reset.

I hope you’ll find the culprit, because Kospet’s QC seems to be at most mediocre!
Battery not depleted, it was at 67 percent when i placed on charger. Even when turn off it still not charging. I ordered the usb to sim about 2 weeks ago, hopefully it’ll come soon.

it has nothing to do with the new cable, reset the watch and try again and notify here if it charges or not if not you need to contact the seller you bought from and ask for a replacement.
I’ve done reset several times and it still doesn’t work. Do I need to do a hard reset?
