Not sure where you got you information but some vendors and advertisers very often get the specifications wrong. That is why I usually go to the source if possible for more accurate information on these watches. The AllCall website makes no mention of a "sleep tracker" available with this watch. It also generally is not a feature available on most of the Android 7 or 5.1 watches. Here is a link to the page I referenced.

you can use any sleeping tracking that exist on the market that is the beauty of these watches and you can sync it with google fit same with HR tracking.
