Is it just me or does anyone else get an issue with cellular data if WiFi is off?

If WiFi is off I sometimes get an error that “background data is not enabled” if I try to use the Pay Store. It makes no difference that the “restrict background data” option is disabled in settings and the cellular data option is turned on.

Also strange that I can use maps or the browser and don’t get the error…

Seems to happen mostly if I’ve been using WiFi for some time and then turn it off. Then I get the error. I notice that if WiFi has been off for a long time I don’t see the error.

I factory reset
Did not happend again…

Yeah did that.
Forgot to say - it happens on both I2 and KW88.
I reckon I must be doing something wrong if no one else has the problem.
You would only notice it if you are using a sim card and WiFi.

I think disabling data and then re-enabling it works sometimes…
