Macbook or windows?
Make sure you have installed the drivers.But there is a easy way to transfer file via wifi.
Wifi file transfer app on Google play.

There  are guides for installing drivers and mtp USB. You need to do both if the pc doesn't recognize the watch.

Hi I have a laptop windows where do I find the drivers I trired looking but nothing came up? Gurrr so frustrating.
