give me a day to check with mine and see if we have the firmware and if flashing will solve the issue if not that means it is hardware issue and you’ll have to retun the watch and ask for full refund or new watch replacement.
The other parts of the watch are perfect, but I only would like to own a watch with no malfunctions.
I really don’t know how this item goes through of the Quality control?
