Install Android Wear on Lemfo Les 1

Hi Guys!

Is it possible to install Android Wear on my Lemfo Les 1?
The Lemfo Les 1 is a full Android Smartwatch.
So I would like to change from full Android to Android Wear.

i also will never understand, why you would even want this??? what has wear, that android can’t give you??
