I have since yesterday a Domino DM368.

I was wondering if there is a possiblity to upload and use custom watch faces on this device, other than the ones installed by default on it.
If so, can you explain me how to do this or at least point me in the direction where to find this information ?

Best option is to install the Universal ClockSkin launcher by @Eric_Crochemore ​. Look in the Round friendly apps section of this community

And this launcher APK I need to install on my phone or on my watch ? Sorry for this stupid question, but this is all new to me …

This this launcher also work with apk files or only the clockskin files ?

Ok thanks for the feedback. So in order to download the watchmaker wear faces on my watch, i need to install the ‘Watchmaker Watch Face’ app from the Google play store on my watch then ?
