There’s lots of topics on this and I’m probably just making a mistake somewhere but I can’t get Flash SP to detect my max s. Do I need to get the magtek port working? When i plug in the watch it comes up as Max in device manager. On or off flash sp doesn’t do anything. I set it to firmware upgrade and set the scatter file but nothing happens when I plug it in.

I followed the guide but nothing happens in the bottom right it saus usb DA download. It should be something else right?
Hi. I have just read your deleted post. Is the watch charging as soon as you connect it every time ? If so make sure the battery is dead , keep rebooting until it wont turn on. Then flash . If you follow instructions correctly it should work
