I can’t put the nano sim , what is the sense of installation

I don’t really know what your issue is but offer a suggestion. The Sim tray in all these watches are very similar to the one pictured here. On the top of the Sim tray is the cover that is marked “Open” and “Lock.”
You slide it in the direction shown by the open arrow (on the right side.) insert the Nano Sim Card correctly so it is nearly flush and then slide the cover back over the Sim card to the “Lock” position, as shown, to secure it in place.

Did you reboot the watch after you inserted the sim card ? Always works for me

Fair enough then if its a issue with the sim itself you will not find help here . Thanks

You say it no longer responds, did it work previously and then stop or not at all after you installed it. It is difficult helping you because you are not clearly defining the problem. Also where are you located? Sometimes this is a location issue.
