I have a full android watch, running android 4.4.2 yet it doesn’t come with google play services and store. Is there any way to install it?

Ram: 512MB
ROM: 4GB
Display: 1.4" AMOLED 160dpi

I’ve already tried installing a few versions of GMS through APK files, but it keeps crashing for some reason
maybe someone can help you find a newer firmware which includes google play if you tell us which watch it is
What is compatible with android 4 is not compatible with the google server.
Support for google apps older than android 5 has been removed.
Even if you can install an old play store apk, it will not communicate well with the server.
Only try installing an application that you find on one of the apk mirrors.

A4.4 Is very old . I think you will struggle with this
