How to get a Volume Widget on my Screen

Hello fellow SmartWatch users:

I am using the Kospet Hope and would like to get the volume icon on my notifications or or as a widget. I see no icon for sound on the screen, so that I can quickly lower the volume in a public area or meeting. I would be grateful for any tips on how to achieve this.
