Hi there,

I updated/reinstalled the latest firmware on my FINOW X5 in hope of fixing the no weather issue I had. But now when I boot up the watch finow logo is replaced with a spinning globe, everything works but NOT the phone network. Would be so glad for some good advices on how to fix this.

This is caused by using the wrong option in SP Tools. Please use “download only” option when updating.
I always advice everyone to make a full backup of their watch before doing anything to at all.

@Pablo_Eleven_Pablo11 I guess you’re right about that. But at the same time I feel it was good for learning experience. Now I learned how to change my boot animation and boot logo :slight_smile: I have a killer boot animation on my X5 now thanks to this “mistake” I did.
