i followed pablo’s advise
i rooted my watch again
edit the APN he sent me

added my carriers settings.
pushed it back in : system - etc (used root browser )
and following instructions on xda to do the next step
add intery in DB :
/data/data/com.android.providers.telefony/databases/telephony.db
(i used SQLite Editor app)

the APN list only showed after i reset my watch (didn’t clear all )

Yep root is needed. It’s always going to take a reboot as well so I’m glad it worked out well for you. If you have TWRP recovery installed (best way to root the watch) then a wipe of dalvik cache and cache works very well too :slight_smile:
