You can use WatchFace Designer, or Photoshop + CSM (Clock Skin Maker). I’ve just posted about the release of a new version of WatchFace Designer , so you should be able to see it (at https://plus.google.com/+MarcoFerreira1976/posts/BwsV3hjwCky) and you can go to the proboard forums for the download link (link is in the post, but requires registration if you’re not already a registered user at the forums).
