Hi,
Have some problem as my KW88 has locked GSM after 2 days of work. Actually top screen indicates 3G with maximum strength , but no connection to GSM network. Changing to 2G in settings no effective. No networks available. Just asked seller for refund, but may be is some trick to unlock GSM. Any idea?

Have you got IMEI? *#06# in dialer

you need to make sure that the watch is supported by your sellular provider. if you have another sim of other company try to use it.

Problem solved itself. Simply unlocked mysteriously on the move.

Well, Thi toy seem to be a crap. Phone works within 500 m range from GSM antenna. Within building completely useless.Will return watch to seller

Same me, I can not to set up APN in Thailand. How can I set it ? Which menu that I could done?

settings > connect > cellular networks > access point names

It can not add APN on that menu.

@Tik_Wanaumpai ​ if you can try other sim to see if it will work, it is weird because that mean the watch isn’t supported by your sellular provider

Hi Marek, i have been facing same issues with Q1 try to change your IEMI number or just use your old phone IMEI number and give a try.

Dont forgot to write down your watch IEMI number first.
