Same problem with my No.1 D5. I have to set the network provider to automatically, a message occurs “registered in network”, then it works for a while.

I went into settings->Powersave, third option was set, this is what i want, but was not working
so i activated the first option and closed the settings, opened the settings again and activated the third option
now it works as it should since a day
