It’s long process starting from stock ROM and you can install only the Livewallpaper version of WatchMaker.
And you can’t use the stock launcher but you have to use 3rd party launcher, such as Nova launcher or others.

Facer is only for Android Wear

K9 SmartWatch have Android 4.4. Is it not Android Wear?

Correct, that’s the sense of my previous answer. You can’t install Facer on K9 bacause Facer is only for Android Wear. Sorry for my too short answer.

I know I can installa WatchMaker and Facer on Android Wear.

So I thought I can installa WatchMaker and Facer on K9.

Where I am wrong?

Android 4.4 on these watches is a stand alone operating system. It is basically a tiny mobile phone. Android Wear only runs on Android 5.1 and cannot be installed on a stand alone device. The entire underlying framework is completely different.
