Hi all how do I put new watch faces on a kw88 pro please.
@Stuart_Nichols Hey, please check the following list of steps to install the watch faces. As I am not really familiar with the kw88 pro I can not guarantee a 100% succes.
- Download the .zip file (probably from a google drive link) on your PC or phone.
- Extract the folder by right-clicking on it and open the extracted folder.
- Now download the files on your watch. This only works by selecting all the files, not the folder. To download them I recommend using Bluetooth.
- When the files are downloaded, open the folder where they are shown. This folder will be called ‘Bluetooth’ when using Bluetooth.
- Copy-paste the files to the folder called ‘clockskin’. Make sure u copy-paste only the right files.
- When you did all steps above correctly, the watch face will appear within the standards on your smartwatch after you reboot the watch.
When downloading more then 1 clockskin, make sure to put them in different folders within the folder ‘clockskin’.
For other questions about the download, please let me know.
@Stuart_Nichols @Alex_Paardekooper_Al is pretty much on point. The only things I’d add is if you connect the charging USB cable to your computer, you can connect directly to your watch and transfer that way. Secondly, many faces here require @Eric_Crochemore 's Universal Launcher app to work properly, which is directly downloadable from the Google play store for free. Thirdly, I’d like to mention that, on top of the Watchface Designer program(amazing program for designing faces), @Marco_Ferreira also has an awesome custom watchface transfer and manager app. Basically, when active, it sets up an IP address for your watch which you can view on most browsers. From there, you have a visual view of the watchfaces you currently have on your watch and allows you to upload more to your watch straight from the site. Lastly, with all that said, there are also YouTube videos that show you how to upload faces. This question usually qualifies as a tech question and the mods will point you towards the proboard. This part is mostly for face posts and requests, and occasionally, awesome upcoming Android smartwatches.
Thanks for your help guys.
