this is a hardware problem you need to contact the seller who you bought from and ask for replacement or full refund because this should’nt have happened.
Try holding the power button for a full 10-15 seconds, or so. Sometimes the watch will hang in loading drivers/system files. Holding the power button for a long 10-15 seconds will force the system to fully power off, and start a complete reboot process.
