Help!!! No1. D5 watch doesn’t turn on. It doesn’t give any indication to be charging.
If I connect it to the computer it does a USB connected sound, then after a few seconds a USB disconnect sound - and it keep doing those connected/disconnected sounds over and over. So maybe there is still life in it?
You can try :
Another USB port
Another USB cable
Find a position for the watch where the connection is stable
This happens to me also…
Tried it. Also tried different computer. And tried connecting the charger the the phone charger

most likely a faulty charging dock, check the pins, maybe one or more pins are not in contact with the watch.
Disconnect the battery it’s the only way to get it back
