HELP! having trouble conneting to SP Flash Tool

Whats up I am having trouble connecting to SP Flash Tool on windows 10.I install the drivers correct but when I connect my Lemfo Lem4 pro,SP Flash Tool is still not recognizing the watch.
It there something I am doing wrong?? Debugging is also on.

Does windows detect the watch? Is the watch working?

Yes windows can detect it and yes it working,i got it 5 days ago

did you remember to turn the watch off before connecting it?

I was wonder if the DM99 is the same as the Lemfo Lem4 pro??

I wanted to root the device but I dont see any info on it.
