I’ve got a new X5+ and this isn’t in the stock faces which is strange since its the promotional image. Running latest firmware, so no idea?
Seemed like it is an edited clock face from TagHeur… I have the exact one but with TagHeur logo.
I down loaded from Finow server directly to the watch using + sign on my X5 plus.
It’s one of the last 4 or 5 in the selection.

Got it. Took nearly an hour to scroll through the watch faces, really slow server. Ta.

Clock skins server is extremly slow indeed. And that to load only like 500k?! 
It is a very handsome watch skin and practical. Wish it was a little higher in the stack of some of the less attractive skins.
