Hello people :slight_smile: I got my Finow X5 yesterday and I cant seem to connect to my pc I am running windows 10 I have as well ticked usb debugging and still no luck ,anyone know how i can solve this small problem :slight_smile: thank you

Have you all drivers installed? I’ve heard some issues with unsigned drivers in w10, search in the community (sorry for no more info, I’m w7 user)

Problem solved , what I did was turn off folder for developer and then it connected …phu :slight_smile: and now look for some nice watch faces

I had similar problem. I was a problem with the cradle. Press back the pings area (4pings) with something solid (ej corner of a table ) in oder to make pings move out a little bit. That will make the connection when the clock is in the cradle.

moreover, u should watch all youtube videos on it first, from wht I understand the dubiggin option shouldnot be ticked, it is kinda different for smrtwatches
