Nope this has nothing to do with Android wear.

These are Android watches but not Android Wear, different hardware, different engine/firmware.

@GDROID_BOLAMATOOO @Will_Smith ​ is right. However, there certain tricks and effects which can be achieved through Clockskin Maker but it is nothing like Android Wear.
Completely different api is used in our Full Android watches. They are quite simply a miniature android phone. So dimming apps from the play store are the usual way to achieve a lower screen light level.
