Hello, I just received my new Finow X5 plus.

I just received my new Finow X5 plus. I turned it on and the touch is not responding. Pls anyone can help. I feel it might be a lose connection or something. But I don’t know what to check and where as I opened the back cover and checked all wires are proper. Does anyone ever faced such an issue or it’s a faulty one and I should return it back?

Believe me I know the hate you feel after receiving an item after a month of waiting and it’s not working. Even though, if I were you, I would ask for a swap from the seller.
Unfortunately I haven’t come across this issue within all the forums I know.

I have this issue, after I remove back cover and put SIM card into watch. Then touch was stopped working. Disconnecting battery, and connecting again helps in my case. Try it.
