hello, I have activated the mass storage to create clockskin but Windows 10 recognizes the device but does not show the disk, I also tested on windows 7

I have tried other methods, create clock skin folder (bt, wifi direct adb, but none has worked.

Change the USB option to MTP device on the watch.

I just solved this problem myself. Here is what I did.

  • unplug USB from PC.
  • unchecked the USB Debugging in the Developer Options.
  • plug USB to PC
  • the option to turn on USB Storage will appear on the watch.
  • turn on USB storage.
    Done

Yep, I didn’t know USB debugging was enabled - but this will also make a difference …
