Is the KP2 heart rate sensor able to measure blood pressure or oxygenation through some app?
No. To read these measurements require different sensors. I have a Spovan Blade Health Band and it has separate sensors for these readings.

No . But the new Kospet optimus 2 and the Prime S does have a additional sensor for blood oxygen
