heart beat monitor not working.

hi.everybody
When do I want to measure my heart rate.My watch suddenly reset.the watch is turned off and on.

I reset the clock several times.
I set it back to factory settings.
I have reinstalled the firmware.

But nothing changed.The same error continues.Heartbeat sensor or monitor is not working.

Is there anyone here to help me.

which watch do you have and how long do you have it?

install any app that check sensors and you'll get info if the HR sensor works proparly or not, also open the back watch and see if the sensor is disconnected.

I did not need to install any programs.
I turn on the watch cover and reattach the sensor.
Problem solved.
