Finally got my replacement Kospet Prime back today. And the heart monitor works great! Thanks to @pablo11 for your help!
Still love this big watch. Looking forward to the new big Kospet coming out.

Surprised too because China has been shut down since 29th September and opens up again on the 8th October…

Sometimes my heart monitor on my Kospet Prime doesn’t read correctly as if it’s either double or half of my actual heart rate. When this happens, if I reboot the watch it will read correctly. This has happened on my other watch running Android 7.1.1. I don’t know why.
