Hello everyone! Tried something different. pH meter shows hours and three bubbles are quarters of an hour. Also added simple digital just for accuracy. It is for universal launcher. Checked on cheep Chinese watches. If something is not working properly or whatever - let me know please. I still have very little experience with this stuff.
