Make sure you installed the latest updates. Connect to internet and go to Settings - about watch -Wireless update

Thank you, but it says your watch is latest version. And it’s been 2 days I couldn’t open my watch I mean it’s in freezed mood I cannot swip any apps. Now waiting for turning off my watch by decreasing battery to 0%. And restart. I am not sure it will wake my watch or not!
You should perform a full factory reset.
If you still have problems you should return it.
Try pressing both buttons together for 10s. I tried when watch was freezed & it worked for me.

Yes, that’s not a resolution…
Your best bet is to go into the watch settings and then to the Reset Equipment option.
Then choose factory reset.
