Without just changing display or text size you can change the size of floating apps.
If you turn off the 3rd party app adaptor before opening these apps they are different sizes then when the 3rd party adaptor is on.

With my notification panel I leave the 3rd party app adapter on because it gets to big and not as useable but I leave them off for smart touch and floating touch
