there is not a lot about the s99, s99a or s99c but for the little there is you can “search” it on the top left corner of the roundandroidwatches.proboards page

Thanks for your contribution. The reason why there is so little about this watch is because the manufacturer does not want to to help us support it. So it is not officially supported by us. But it's fine for members to help each other out like you have. Thanks very much.

did you use format instead of download only? sorry, but you can't ask how to restore imei on our forum because in most countries it is illegal.
