Firmware update (new or old?)

Today I was recivied firmware update for my X5+.  X5PLUS-v.s.170308-1488945978
10MB of patch.
I didnt see any visible differences.

Is that new or old update?

i do'nt think that ppl now update the moment they get because from past experience not always updates improve the usage:)

I did the update and so far battery life is exact the same as before.
Didn’t notice any differences yet.

Updating already, didn’t notice any changes, like you said before, it is a secret updates that only them know

I just accidently found a neat new feature!
In settings under display you can now activate that a notification symbol shal be shown in the watch face if a notification is pending.
That’s really great!

Hey, thanks for pointing out this feature - i already wondered, what the update was necessary for. Unfortunately the notification symbol reacts also on “Floating toucher” and “Screen filter” notifications, that will stay in the notification center forever. So the icon is somehow useles to me :confused: But nevertheless it´s a nice addon for those, who don´t have sticky notifications. The icon also is dragable and can be put anywhere on the display. Clicking on it does nothing - hoped it would bring you directly to the pending notifications… Maybe in a future update? We´ll see

Something else: Does anyone know, what the new(?) entries “Wallpaper clock” and “Default clock” do? At my X5+ Wallpaper clock brings up a somehow distorted watchface with an animated loading circle and crashes Settings after a while. Default clock brings me to the installed watchfaces and also crashes after a few seconds. Are these new entries for FW X5PLUS-v.s.170308-1488945978 or have they been there already before?

boa noite eu tenho um finow x5 plus e apaguei ele sem querer agora quando conecto ele no pc fica liga e desliga como eu faco para recuperar ele alguem pode me ajudar eu nao tenho palavra spara agradesser

I presume that this crash happens, because it searches the whole watch for images and maybe there are too much or folders not accessable on yours. On my (with old firmware) its not crashing, but you have to scroll through any crap image in the file system.

If you start an app directly after boot (maybe nothing that is preinstalled) and wait a minute. Does it still kills it and your back on the watchface?
This strange behaviour is happening on the older firmware and it´s really annoying.
