Where And how do I update my firmware for Bluetooth calling in my KW88 …currently my firmware is
Build number KW88_CSI_B_GSM_PHT_20170916

I have Kingwear KW88 Pro with build number KW88pro_V1.1_NHH_b_20180804, when i tried to update via wifi, it says your software up to date. Should i download KW88Pro_V1.3_B_20180713.zip and update. If yes then how can i update this firmware version in my watch after download.

yes, you can download and update manually just hope not as the many models (screen drivers differernt) of the kw88 i  hope it is'nt the same with the kw88pro.

do you know how to update manually? make sure to use upgrade and not download only.

if the firmware is'nt the one for your watch it can cause problems as upside down display or even stuck in boot loop and worse brick the watch but mostly it could be fix with flashing the right firmware but again as long as hardware was'nt damaged by the flashing the wrong firmware. sadly there are not one type of screen drivers which the displays are made differently by the manufacturer so we will make order with that but it will take time cos there are many to deal with that is why from now on we recommend users to be sure what is the first firmware that the watch comes with.

sadly no only by the firmware itself we can know which display it belongs to.

Hi there. I need some help with my new kw88pro in making phone calls via Bluetooth I don’t have a sim card so I hope I can make this working. I would appreciate every help. Thank you!

you can't no android 7 has this feature.

yes, you can also use an app that will forward calls and sms to your watch there are few apps that does that.

this advice given by soniasophie9697 is very confusing

in above post vicky99 asks for KW88 formware for bluetooth calling. Also shannon asks for same thing but shannon watch firmware is listed as KW88pro? in some threads soniasophie9697 says this watch CANNOT do bluetooth calling because it is A7, but in reply on above post soniasophie9697 directs shannon AND vicky99 to same firmware page?
