I had a firmware from 2018 02 05 on my watch before it hung at boot.
Anyone know how to get it back?
I had to flash a firmware from 21st of september to get it working again. However, the screen shows everything upsidedown. Really disturbing.
I have an IQI I4 Pro 2/16

sorry for delay have’ntnoticed this thread before today, is your watch now fine?
It’s working, but since I had to downgrade I lost the bluetooth caller option. After reboot everything is upside down. I found an app that corrects the problem, but I’m still seeking the firmware from 2018. (NHT-version)

I bought the watch from wish (geek) and the bluetooth caller option was present when I got the watch.
What happened was that the watch suddenly hung at the picture you can see when you choose recent apps. No icons were visible so I rebooted a couple of times but it only showed that picture and nothing else. That’s why I had to downgrade. I have pm’d pablo11 about the firmware from 2018 that’s not the hehui version.
i’m not sure the i4 should have come with the BT calls app, have you tried to flash back the newer version?

Well it did. I used it and it worked just fine.
What do you mean? I have tried flashing both versions for the I4 Pro but the hehui version gives me a black screen. The other one gives me a flipped screen.
your watch is the i4 air or pro? that is just it, it should’nt have come with the BT calls app that means it might be done by the seller himself. if none of them work that means they are’nt the stock firmware for your watch but you flashed 2 versions and that can damage the watch, in both times was the preloader marked?
am i worng?
That’s strange, it’s like both version are not for your watch. As Sonia said, just make sure you don’t flash the preloader, otherwise you could brick your watch.

It was advertised as the I4 Pro at geek and it doesn’t have any camera.
Of course I’m careful when flashing. The watch works fine for now. But I’m not gonna give up about the bluetooth caller option that was present from the beginning. It’s a wonderful thing to have when the phone is on charge for example. 
Any word on the firmware for the non hehui-version from 2018?

The preloader was unticked at all times during flashing.
Just to be sure this FW : AQR-LAUNCH-I4Pro-1602-Fitness-HEHUI-NHT-V02-20180131.zip (uploaded on 2018-02-05) is not the one you had on your watch and is not working ?
So you took the AQR-LAUNCH-I4Pro-1602-Fitness-NHT-V01-20170921.rar which is not HEHUI (so upside down) but is working.
