My finow x7 touchscreen It has a bug and does not respond and sometimes the menus are opened by themselves

Have to tried a full reset ? Usually fixes most issues .

Yes, more than once, and also recovery for the latest software files

If the screen doesnt work after resets and flashing firmware there is nothig much more you can do

You might open the watch and check the screen connector.
