finow released ota update which enable square display.
Even with the square display you cannot get to the toggle switch - and when you try with a remote login solution like mobizen, the option is greyed out. I hope this will get fixed in a later version of firmware.
There is a member of another forum who said that they have been able to enable something in accessibility by adb commands Finow Q1.
W602 = finow q1 and d6
W616 = finow X5 +
Method I used with ‘adb shell’:
Shell @ w602_wgl: / $ input keyevent 61
Shell @ w602_wgl: / $ input keyevent 66
are you rooted? try e-robot and secure settings as described in general thread
