I am from India and bought FINOW X5 AIR from gearbest.com. Phone is not working getting “Cellular network not available” but getting all 4 bars in the network tower signal. In network settings i can see all available network names but unable to register. Please help.
India’s mobile frequencies & bands are
2G : GSM 900 MHz, GSM 1800 MHz.
3G : WCDMA/HSPA/UMTS 2100 MHz ---- which are equivalent to BAND 1.

These frequencies are support by FINOW X5 AIR
Network:
GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
WCDMA: 850/1900/2100MHz
I also face this problem in I4 air. I updated the APN. It’s still not working.
What should I do with the IMEI number? Please help .

1.check apn
2. check imei.
yes mam i have same problem i also checked imei and apns all are set but still not working.
