It’s been a while since the face unlock has been working, I’ve already formatted the watch but I can’t open the front camera to register the face. This camera is working, but it doesn’t open in face unlock, it used to work normally, maybe it’s a conflict because the side camera stopped working after a sudden drop? Any suggestion? 
I think you are right and the defective camera is causing the problem. You should probably use a different lock instead.
