We are seeing many face releases that are based on works from Watchfaces.be site.
We have to protect our community from punitive action regarding these situations.
As it stands at the moment we have to play ball and ensure we do not leave ourselves open to any legal issues - after all they have the copyright emblem at the bottom of every page - © 2017 Watch Faces for Samsung Gear S2 & S3
We will always ask the artist to make sure that permissions have been asked for and granted.
If you do not have permission - do NOT post it here. It will be removed.
At the second offending post, you will be banned from this community.
On the other hand, if your work has been used by http://watchfaces.be without permission - we will try to help you in any way we can.
We are already having issues with work that has been published on their site - from ours - without asking the owner/designer. They have some take down notices from us about this.
